Course Synopsis
"Praying in a Jama’ah is 27 times better than praying by oneself" - (Bukhari & Muslim)
The Azan is an integral part of Islam and when it is recited, Muslims gather in congregation to perform the obligational daily prayers. These congregational prayers (Jama'ah) consist of the Imam (Leader) and Ma'mum (Congregant). It is highly recommended for Muslims to pray in congregation as it is considered to have more social and spritual benefits.
In this course, participants will learn the essentials and conditions to become an Imam, as well as the etiquettes and virtues of congregational prayers."
