MANAGEMENT SUPPORT OFFICER
CONVERTS’ CARE AND SOCIAL SERVICE DIVISION (CCSS)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an individual to manage all aspects of One-Stop Conversion Center operations and administrative matters. He/she is also to liaise with relevant agencies and provide support in attending to public queries and other programmes under the division.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum Diploma in Business or Islamic Studies or in Counselling from local polytechnics or other recognized institutions
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or customer services or counselling
- Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in teams
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
